What Will You Do?

You will be the bridge between business needs and technology – bringing our solutions to life!

• Technical Development: Design and develop deep-level solutions and integrations across CRM, ERP, and CMS platforms.
• Direct Client Engagement: Manage the technical relationship with the client, gathering requirements, mapping needs, analyzing bugs, and providing professional service throughout.
• AI Mastery: Daily use of advanced AI tools to optimize workflows, automations, and delivery quality – this is a core part of the role.
• Scalability Engineering: Work closely with Project Managers to translate business requirements into strong, functional, and scalable architectures.
• Troubleshooting: Identify complex faults and provide creative “out-of-the-box” solutions.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Development Background: At least 3+ years of proven development experience within CRM and/or ERP systems – Mandatory.
• Client Engagement: Proven experience in direct client interaction, including requirement characterization and technical support – Mandatory.
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Systems or experience in a relevant military technological unit –Significant Advantage.
• AI Mastery: Hands-on experience and ongoing work with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), including proficiency with Skills & Agents – Mandatory.
• Logical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system logic and development architecture.
• Global Outlook: Ability to work effectively with global teams
