The National Initiative 265 was designed to create a shared knowledge hub for municipalities and regional councils across Israel. The platform aimed to centralize digital projects, encourage collaboration, and accelerate the adoption of digital processes in local government.

Although the platform is no longer active, it demonstrated the potential of connecting public organizations through a unified, digital ecosystem, enabling faster access to resources and knowledge sharing.

Needs

The initiative faced the challenge of creating a single platform that could support multiple municipalities with different workflows,
while providing a robust, scalable knowledge management system.

Key needs included:

  • A fast and powerful search engine to quickly find relevant information
  • Centralized access to shared digital projects to encourage municipalities to adopt digital processes
  • A structured, user-friendly interface that could support a variety of local government users

Solution

We built a comprehensive knowledge hub for municipalities and regional councils,
combining advanced search, shared digital projects, and a scalable architecture.

We delivered:

  • A centralized repository of digital projects and best practices
  • A fast and powerful search engine capable of handling large volumes of structured and unstructured data
  • Tools for sharing projects and resources between municipalities to encourage digital adoption
  • UX/UI design tailored to diverse municipal users, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility
  • Scalable architecture to support multiple municipalities and regional councils

The result was a unified digital platform that enabled municipalities to efficiently access shared knowledge,
foster collaboration, and accelerate the adoption of digital workflows across local government.
