Personal Assistant (PA) to the VP of Sales
MLY, one of Israel’s leading firms in the implementation and consulting of Zoho solutions (CRM, ERP, and business systems), is looking for a Personal Assistant to the VP of Sales.
This is an opportunity to step into a central role with real impact, working closely with senior management and gaining exposure to the worlds of sales, clients, and technology. We are looking for the right person: organized, proactive, reliable, and service-oriented.
In the Role
- Ongoing support for the department’s sales and procurement processes.
- Preparing quotes, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Supporting collections processes and tracking payments.
- Writing meeting summaries and following up on task execution.
- Managing a complex calendar and coordinating meetings with internal and external parties.
- Identifying bottlenecks and proactively driving open processes forward with the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work across many tasks at once.
- A take-ownership mindset, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of Office applications and hands-on work with AI tools (an advantage). Claude Code is a bonus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and discretion.
- A good level of English.
An Advantage
- Previous experience in an administrative role, an executive office, or supporting a sales team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems; familiarity with Zoho and WordPress is a significant advantage.
